Millikin Women Soccer Downs Panthers

          The Millikin women's soccer team defeated the Principia College Panthers 3-0 on September 23 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois.
          Millikin scored twice in the first seven plus minutes of the game to jump out to an early lead.  Millikin opened the scoring on a goal from Courtney Olson off an assist from Lucy Koger.  Meg Nowak then scored the second goal at the 7:17 mark of the game.
          Koger scored her ninth goal of the season in the second period to make it a 3-0 contest.  Taylor Hartman and Jennifer Miller were credited with the assist.
          Millikin is now 6-2 and Principia goes to 1-6.
