ITA Wrapup

          Millikin women's tennis players continued to see action on day two of the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Regional Championships being hosted by Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio September 22-25.
          After winning her first round match in the Open Singles Bracket on Friday, Millikin sophomore Morgan Bettner won her second round match 7-6, 2-6, 10-4.
Due to the pairings in the Open Division, Bettner completed play in the tournament after the two victories.
On Friday, senior Molly Angell lost in ITA Singles bracket losing 6-1, 6-1 to Vilde Olvin of North Park. In action on Saturday, Angell fell to a competitor from Ohio Northern 6-1, 6-3.
         In the ITA Doubles bracket Angell and Melissa Donovan lost their first round match to Alyssa Senevirante and Meredith Breda of DePauw 8-1. The Millikin duo dropped their back draw match 8-2 to pair from Calvin College.
