Millikin Women’s Basketball Loses at Carthage

         The Millikin women's basketball team lost at Carthage College 78-60 on February 3 in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
         Millikin hit only 36 percent of its shots while Carthage hit 42.5 percent.  The Lady Reds had 23 more shots than Millikin thanks to a 41-28 rebounding advantage and 22 Big Blue turnovers.  Carthage had 14 miscues.  The Lady Reds led 41-27 at halftime.
         Haley Toohill had nine points and five rebounds for Millikin.  Emily Schultz added nine points while Yanni Saddler had eight points and five rebounds.  Lauren Moses had a team high nine rebounds and three points.
         Morgan Vukovich led Carthage with 17 points.
         Millikin falls to 5-15, 0-11 while Carthage improves to 15-6, 8-4.
