Millikin Baseball Falls in Road Doubleheader

         The Millikin baseball team dropped a road conference doubleheader at Augustana College on April 10 in Rock Island, Illinois.
         Millikin lost game one 7-0.  The Big Blue were held to five hits by Augustana starter Connor Berek who pitched the complete game shutout.  Millikin only had one extra base hit in the game, a double by Jon Walters.
         Ryan Grannemann and Tyler Nunez each had two hits for the Vikings.
         The Big Blue dropped game two 11-4.  Jake Drada had a big day at the plate for Millikin going 2-4 with a double and a two-run home run.  Mason Bruce was 2-3 with two RBI and Devin Crews was 2-5.
         Nunez went 3-5 with two RBI to lead the Viking attack.
         Millikin falls to 12-12, 2-8 while Augustana improves to 16-7, 4-4.
         The Big Blue host Wheaton College on Wednesday, April 11 at 5 p.m.
