Millikin Men’s Basketball Suffers Home Loss

         The Millikin men's basketball team lost to Coe College 77-54 on November 19 at the Griswold Center in Decatur, Illinois.
         The Kohawks led 37-20 at halftime and outscored the Big Blue by six in the second half to secure the win.  Coe shot 52 percent from the field while Millikin managed to make only 31 percent of its shots.  Millikin did have the edge in rebounding 39-37.
         Jake Hampton led Millikin with 19 points, seven rebounds and five assists.  Korbin Farmer added eight points and five rebounds.  Kevin Miller came off the Big Blue bench to score six points and have three assists.
         Jacob Robertson led Coe with 17 points followed by Adam McDermott with 15.
         Coe is now 3-1 on the season while Millikin falls to 0-4.
