Big Blue Tennis Wins Regular Season Finale

         The Millikin men's tennis team closed out its regular season with a 7-2 win over Thomas More College at the Fairview Tennis Center in Decatur, Illinois on April 28.
         Millikin swept all three doubles matches with Colin Sandgren and Greg Schwoeppe winning at number one doubles 8-0. Jacob Palley and Nick Laramee won at two doubles 8-5. Ryan Sikora partnered with Logan Bennett at three doubles to win 8-7 (13-11).
         The Big Blue won four of the six singles matches. Palley won at number one singles 6-1, 6-1. Sandgren won 1-6, 6-3, 10-4 at two singles.
Other singles winners were Greg Schwoeppe 6-1, 6-2 and Holden Owens
6-1, 6-2.
         Millikin is now 13-6 while Thomas More goes to 8-10.
         The Big Blue will be hosting the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Tournament starting on May 2.
