Millikin Volleyball Improves to 2-1

         The Millikin volleyball team picked up its second win of the season defeating Rogers Williams 3-0 at the Stevens Invitational in Hoboken, New Jersey on August 31.  The Big Blue are now 2-1 on the season.
         The Big Blue won 25-21, 25-19 and 25-17.  Payton Jackson and Marissa McElroy led Millikin with 14 kills each with freshman Tori Stuart adding 11.  Rose Syversen had 35 set assists and Alyssa Vignos had a team high 12 digs. Sarah Porter had four service aces and Kelsey McAtee had three.
         The Millikin players will enjoy the sites of New York City for before returning to campus on Monday.
