Big Blue Football Falls to #11 Thunder

         The Millikin football team lost to #11 Wheaton College on September 28 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur, Illinois. 
         The Thunder racked up 618 yards of total offense while holding Millikin to 161 total yards.
         Luke Anthony was 20-28 passing for Wheaton for 251 yards and three touchdowns.  T.J. Williams rushed for 106 yards on 16 carries with one touchdown.
         Millikin quarterback Cal Pohrte was held to 10-29-2 pass for 72 yards. George Jimerson had 43 yards rushing on four carries.
         Matt Brown led Millikin with eight tackles.
         Millikin is now 2-1, 1-1 while Wheaton improves to 3-0, 2-0.
         The Big Blue travel to Augustana College on October 5.
