Millikin Men’s Soccer Drops Home Opener

          The Millikin men's soccer team dropped its 2019 home opener to Knox College 2-0 on September 4 at Frank M. Lindsay Field in Decatur.  Millikin and Knox are both now 1-1 on the season.
          The teams played a scoreless first half, but the Prairie Fire scored two times in the second half to secure the win.  Jun Min and Nick Janulis had the goals for the Prairie Fire.
          Knox kept pressure on the Millikin defense throughout the game out shooting the Big Blue 21-7.
          Millikin will be at home on Saturday, September 7 at 12 p.m. hosting Aurora University.
