Millikin's Tori Stuart Named AVCA Honorable Mention All-Region

Big Blue women's volleyball junior outside hitter Tori Stuart was named Honorable Mention All-Region, as named by the American Volleyball Coaches Association on Tuesday, November 11.

Twenty NCAA Division III players from Region Eight were named to All-Region Honors. Stuart was one of six players tabbed with Honorable Mention recognition.

Stuart, hailing form Florissant, Mo., led the Big Blue in kills with 123 in the season, including a season high of 23 in a five-set win against Greenville. Stuart tallied an attacking percentage of .213 during the 2021 season and racked up 44 service aces, 245 digs, and 47.0 total blocks.

Stuart was also named to the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin First Team.

The Big Blue women's volleyball team concluded their 2021 campaign with a 21-11 record (5-3 CCIW), and defeated Wheaton College in five sets in the first round of the conference tournament before falling to eventual conference champions Illinois Wesleyan.
