Game Recap: Men's Soccer | | Morgan Vogels

Men's Soccer Downed by Rose-Hulman

The Big Blue men's soccer team traveled to Terre Haute, Ind. for a non-conference matchup with the Engineers of the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. 

Millikin fell 0-3 in the contest. The Engineers recorded three first half goals, starting with one from Julius Salinas in the 12th minute, a second from Salinas in the 14th minute, and a third goal from Gabe Kruer in the 41st minute. 

The Engineers outshot Millikin 11-17 in the contest. Goalkeeper Oliwier Holowinski tallied nine saves in goal. 

Millikin will meet their first College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin opponent on Saturday, September 23 at Frank M. Lindsay Field when they meet the Pioneers of Carroll University for a 1:30 PM kickoff.
