Millikin Falls to North Park

The Millikin Women's Soccer team traveled to North Park University Wednesday night, falling 2–0 to the Vikings in CCIW action.

The Big Blue defense battled throughout the match as North Park kept steady offensive pressure, recording 24 total shots. Millikin goalkeeper, Jessica Bearley, making nine saves to keep the Big Blue within reach.

The Vikings broke through in the 58th minute to take a 1–0 lead, later adding a second goal in the 77th minute to secure the win.

Millikin will look to bounce back at home on Saturday, October 25, when they host Augustana College at 1:00 p.m. at Frank M. Lindsay Field.
