Baseball Suffers Road Loss

The Millikin baseball team lost at North Park University 2-1 on April 16 in Chicago, Illinois.
 
The Vikings score a run in the first inning an RBI single from Alex DiVito.
 
Millikin was limited to two hits on the game with both coming in the sixth inning. Hayden Stork singled to open the inning and advanced to second on a sacrifice bunt.
Sam Bushur doubled home the run to tie the game.
 
Joe Perona's RBI single in the seventh was the game winning hit for North Park.
 
Brett Ravitz was the winning pitching throwing six innings allowing two hits and one run with five strikeouts.
 
Millikin is now 14-16, 4-7 while North Park goes to 9-16, 5-4.
