Clayton Maack named to CCIW All-Conference Honors

The College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin announced the recipients of All-Conference honors for men's tennis on Wednesday, April 30. Millikin's Clayton Maack was named to the second team. 

The Chesterfield, Mo. native earned his fourth selection to All-Conference honors in 2024-25, also earning second team honors in 2020-21, 2021-22, and 2022-23. 

This season, Maack and doubles partner Matthew Kordesh went 14-2 in doubles play, including an impressive 6-1 record in CCIW play. On the singles side, Maack boasts a 10-6 overall record mainly at No. 2, 4-3 in CCIW competition, defeating Carthage's Francisco Silveira, Illinois Wesleyan's Ben Vigneri, Elmhurst's Montenegro-Galarza, and Wheaton's Jacob Williams. 

Theodor Wolf was named Millikin's RESPECT honoree for men's tennis. The CCIW RESPECT award is presented at the conclusion of every sports season with each varsity program recognizing one student-athlete. RESPECT Award recipients have distinguished themselves as an integral member of the team, their institution and community by upholding the values of Responsibility, Enthusiasm, Service, Pride, Excellence, Collaboration and Trust. The RESPECT Award recognizes the intangible traits a student-athlete possesses that exemplify great character and encourages inclusiveness and a positive culture.
