Millikin Baseball Drops Road Doubleheader

The Millikin baseball team dropped a road conference doubleheader at Augustana College on April 5 in Rock Island, Illinois. The Vikings won game one 5-0 and took the second game 8-4.
 
Millikin was limited to six hits in game one with Kolby Koslofski and Andy Niebrugge each collecting two hits.
 
The winning pitcher for Augustana was Zach DeMarlie throwing seven shutout innings allowing five hits and three walks with four strikeouts.
 
Sam Bushur and Eliot Fulscher had two hits each for Millikin in game two. Bushur drove in two.
 
Daniel Mosele and Colton Davis each had two hits and two RBI to pace the Augustana offense.
 
Millikin is now 11-13, 1-4 while Augustana improves to 11-9, 2-2.
 
The two teams will complete the three game series on Sunday, April 6 at the Workman Family Baseball Field in Decatur starting at 2 p.m.
