Millikin traveled to Monmouth and came up short in a competitive meet, but several swimmers posted strong performances.

Dawson Loafman led the Big Blue with a pair of first-place finishes, 100-yard backstroke in 57.64 and the 200-yard IM with a time of 2:12.14.

Gavin Dobson earned two runner-up finishes, placing second in the 100-yard butterfly (1:01.08) and the 50-yard freestyle (23.95).

Msanaa Bosland added a second-place finish in the 200-yard freestyle, touching the wall in 1:57.93, while Ridge Batchelor took second in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:06.59.

Millikin will look to build on these performances next as they compete at the Thunder Invite
