Frisco, TX – Millikin University Women's Golf had four student-athletes named to the 2025-26 WGCA All-American Scholar Team, as announced on Monday by the organization. 1,551 women's golfers were recognized across five divisions of collegiate golf with the latest awarding of the honor.
 
The criteria for selection to the All-American Scholar Team are some of the most stringent in all of college athletics and continue to demonstrate the high-level academic achievements of our players. To be selected, a student-athlete must have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season, and have played in 50% of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship.

Millikin's Zoey Beard, Madelyn Beck, Ruby Haegen, and Hailey Homann earned the accolade. They were joined by five other CCIW student-athletes, as Millikin was one of two institutions to represent the conference on the listing.

"I am so proud of Zoey, Madelyn, Ruby, and Hailey." said Director of Golf Sam Osborne '10. "This is the 2^nd consecutive WGCA All-American Scholar honor they have earned. It shows how all four of these women are leaders on the team in the commitment they have for their sport and their studies. They do both at high-level and help set the standard for our Millikin Women's Golf Program."
