Women's Soccer earns United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award

The United Soccer Coaches recently released their recipients of the College Team Academic Award, recognizing squads for their exemplary performance in the classroom during the 2024-25 academic year.

A total of 741 soccer teams (303 men, 438 women) posted a team grade point average of 3.0 or higher, thereby earning the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award for the 2024-25 academic year.

Under head coach Ian Doherty's direction, the Big Blue posted a 3.39 team GPA in the 2024-25 academic year, along with a 14-4-1 record on the field. They earned the right to the #3 seed in the CCIW Conference Tournament where they defeated Augustana in the opening round before falling to second seeded North Central in the semifinals.
