Decatur, IL – Millikin University's Cross Country and Track and Field has welcomed Noah Gabrys as an additional assistant coach to bring some positive impact.
 
Head coach Andrew Craycraft in his 12^th season brings on Gabrys following his completion as a graduate assistant for North Central's men's cross country and track and field programs from 2024-26. Gabrys has a line of experience as a former assistant sprints coach at FAAST Track Club (Dubuque, Ill.) and speed coach at Graf Speed Enhancement (Joliet, Ill.).
 
Previous to North Central, Gabrys completed his business and marketing bachelor's degrees at Dubuque University. In Gabrys' four years as a spartan, he and his team were named the 2022 American Rivers Conference Outdoor Track and Field Champions. Also finishing 9^th as a team at the Outdoor NCAA Division III Championship in 2024.
 
Coming from conference competitor, North Central -- who were the 2025 Men's Outdoor Champions, 2025 Coaching Staff of the Year, Triple Crown winners, and having coached 11 athletes to Champion status, provides Gabrys with insight and knowledge on the CCIW and the drive to win.
 
Gabrys recently earned his Master's of Business Administration from North Central College in May of 2026, and his bachelor's degree in Business and Marketing with a minor in Human Resources from Dubuque University in 2024; all while building his credible resume.
