Millikin Men’s Golf Seventh at Rhodes

         The Millikin men's golf team finished tied for seventh at the Rhodes College Fall Classic played in Tunica, Mississippi on September 22-23.
         Millikin had a three round total of 894 (308-295-291) to finish tied with the University of Dallas and LaGrange College. The trio of teams was just three shots out of sixth place. Huntingdon College was the tournament winner at 846.
         Millikin's top finisher was Mitch Cremer who tied for 22nd with a 220 (74-75-71) including a one under 71 in the final round. Tyler Reitz shot a round of 67 on Monday to finish at 227 (85-75-67), which landed him tied for 40th.
         The Big Blue will play in the CCIW Preview Event on September 24 in Bloomington Normal. Millikin hosts its Country Club Classic on September 29-30 at the South Side Country Club.
