Education:  Bachelor of Science in Biology-Millikin University
                   Master of Business Administration-Millikin University

Team Communication Plan:
"A lot of calls and texts as well as a full team Zoom call bi-weekly on Wednesdays," said Osborne.  "These calls are great. Lots of laughs are shared. We do these calls during lunch time so many of them are eating and unfortunately some are just waking up! It's great seeing everyone. We are a very close team so this has been rough on all of us not being together."

Stay-At-Home Activities:
Osborne is working maintenance at the Big Blue's home golf course, South Side Country Club, three to four mornings a week. They are short-handed so they appreciate the help. He also purchased a new home and has been doing all kinds of projects around the house.  Coach Osborne has a new four month old Cavoodle (King Cavalier and poodle mix) named Willie.  Osborne has already taken him to the golf course and says he will be a golf course dog for sure.  He adds the puppy training has kept him on his toes.

Can you Play Golf during the Stay-At-Home Order?
"No, they were for a bit with the first stay-at-home order but then they updated the order which included golf courses closing," states Osborne.
"I was able to play with two decorated Millikin alums Wes Hillen and John Doyle right before the closing. A few of our players have been fortunate that they've been able to play at private courses that have allowed some play or they've gone to Indiana or Missouri to play."

What do you miss most about being on campus?
"Seeing our students plain and simple."

Favorite stay-at-home food:
Eggs and milkshakes

First thing you will do when stay-at-home order lifted?
Play Golf!

What are you looking forward to the most for the 2020-21 season?
"We have a great young core of players on both our men's and women's team that will certainly lead the charge," said Osborne.  "But in general we have set goals and our players have more time to work on said goals so I am excited to see how much better every single player has gotten. We do have our seniors that have played a huge part in our success, Mitch Cremer, Sera Bebon, and Erika Castanon."

Favorite TV Show During Stay-at-home Order?
Ozark Season 3.  Old golf tournaments.

Did you watch Tiger King?
"Yes, it was and is insane," said Osborne.  "My sister came back to town and has stayed for a couple weeks which is a blessing that we get to hang out. Her and I watched all seven straight episodes on a Sunday.
