Millikin’s Brindley and Rassi Earn CCIW REPSECT Award

DECATUR, Illinois—Millikin University freshmen Faith Brindley (Highland, H.S.) and Quartus Rossi (Darien, Hinsdale South H.S.) were Millikin's recipients of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) RESPECT Award for cross country presented at the CCIW Championships on October 29 in Warrenville, Illinois.

The CCIW RESPECT award is presented at the conclusion of every sports season with each varsity program recognizing one student-athlete. RESPECT Award recipients have distinguished themselves as an integral member of the team, their institution and community by upholding the values of Responsibility, Enthusiasm, Service, Pride, Excellence, Collaboration and Trust. The RESPECT Award recognizes the intangible traits a student-athlete possesses that exemplify great character and encourages inclusiveness and a positive culture.

Brindley is a Nursing major.

Rossi is a Business Management major.
