Millikin Cross Country Competes at Rose-Hulman

The Millikin men's and women's cross country teams competed at the John McNichols Invite hosted by Rose-Hulman University on September 21 in Terre Haute, Indiana. The event featured over 25 teams and 600 runners. The Millikin women finished in 19th while the Big Blue men were 22nd.

Freshmen Brooklynn Sweiker and Teyla Wendt were the Millikin women's top two finishers. Sweiker finished in 147th finishing in the 6K race in 24:47.3. Wendt was 154th in 24:51.5.

Graduate student Bradyn Olmstead led the Big Blue men in 119th with an 8K time of 26:13.2. Freshman Reece Peters finished in 152nd in 26:36.9.
