The Men's Indoor Track & Field team competed at the IWU Keck DIII Select today starting at 10:45 a.m. 

The men's distance group had an outstanding day, led by Julio Hernandez Lopez, who captured 1st place in the 5000m with a winning time of 15:44.90. 

In the mile, Reece Peters earned a runner-up finish in 4:22.69, while Joey McGinn followed closely with a 4th-place time of 4:25.49. 

Sprint hurdles action saw Emmanuel Nwatu place 3rd in the 60m hurdles, crossing the line in 8.66. 

In the field events, Hunter Danberry finished 4th in the weight throw with a mark of 15.93m, and Cole Pemble earned 4th place in the long jump with a leap of 6.43m. 

The men's 4x400m relay team of J. Walkin, Ryne Norton, Emmett Emmons, and Aaron Mohr wrapped up the meet with a 4th-place finish, running 3:27.16. 

Next up on Feb. 20th the Big Blue will compete at the IWU Friday Night Tri at 4:30 p.m.
