Millikin Baseball to Host NCAA DIII Baseball Regional

DECATUR, Illinois—The Millikin University baseball team was selected as a regional host for the 2026 NCAA Division III Baseball Tournament May 15-17 at the Workman Family Baseball Field in Decatur, Illinois.

Millikin is 35-8 this season winners of the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) regular season and tournament titles. The Big Blue will face the University of Wisconsin La Crosse (32-12) in its opening game. The Eagles are an at-large team from the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The game will be played on Friday, May 15 at 2:30 p.m.

The opening game in the regional at 11 a.m. Friday will feature Baldwin Wallace (30-9) the Ohio Athletic Conference Tournament Champions facing Warburg College (26-15) winners of the American Rivers Conference Tournament.

Three games will be played on Saturday, May 16 with games at 11 a.m., 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. The Championship game is set for Sunday, May 17 at 11 a.m. with an at necessary game to follow if needed.
