Big Blue Women’s Fourth After Two Rounds of CCIW Championships

The Millikin women's golf team is in fourth place after two round of the 2021 College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Women's Golf Championships being play April 22-24 at the Oak Brook Golf Club in Oak Brook, Illinois. The final round is on Saturday.

Millikin shot an opening round team score of 355 and shot nine strokes better on day two for a two-round total of 701 (355-346). Illinois Wesleyan is in first place at 631.

Millikin senior Erika Castanon in 14th at 169 (85-84). Three Big Blue players are setting just outside the top 20. Erin Klasing is in 21st at 177 (91-86). Makenna Parkhouse and Taylor Chase are tied for 22nd at 178.

Marin Halvorsen of Wheaton is the individual leader at 147.
