Women's Golf Competes at CCIW Preview

The Big Blue women's golf team got a taste of what the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin Championships will look like in early October with the CCIW Preview at Metamora Fields Golf Club in Metamora, Ill. on Wednesday, September 18.

The women shot a team score of 330, marking their lowest 18-hole team score in nearly 2 years. Zoey Beard led the charge with a 79 (+8) and finishing in a tie for 10th place. Madi Jessen and Ruby Haegen each shot 81, tied for 16th place overall.

The women's golf team will head north to the Brighton Dale Golf Links for the Midwest Region Classic in Kansasville, Wis. beginning Friday, September 20.
